Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Nuco Solutions are now recruiting 2 Trainees who will be developed into the new generation of successful consultants within our business

Overview of the role:

Recruitment is fast-paced, challenging and often rewarding for those who show commitment, effort and have the hunger to go the extra mile. As part of the role, you will be working within a very successful team where you will be able to learn your industry. You will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with candidates, specialising in your specific market. You will be provided with all the tools and knowledge required to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

Your initial training/learning will consist of telephone related sales and canvassing. Once ability is proven and established, you will then proceed to climb the clearly defined career path here at Nuco Solutions where you will develop into a full 360 consultant responsible for your own clients and billings.

What do you need?

* Experience within a telesales / call centre environment (desirable but not essential)

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay: From £20,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

* Bonus scheme
