Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting exclusively for a service focused Store Manager for a specialist active wear brand based in Battersea, London! This role is Monday - Friday hours between 10am - 6pm, only 2 Saturdays a month.

As the Retail Store Manager, you will lead the store operations with a focus on team management and e-commerce sales. Retail Store Manager Responsibilities:

Working closely with the team of 3 to drive store and online sales growth
Delivering exceptional customer service and influencing your team to do the same
Inspiring, coaching and developing your team
Overview day to day maintenance of the website
HR and recruitment
Reviews and appraisals
Store reports
Stock Management
Social Media - Create content for the website to drive online sales with relevant productRetail Store Manager Experience and Background:

Retail Management experience
Background in performing arts or interest in dance will be highly beneficial
People management experience is essential
Possess an interest and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram)
Ability to lead and motivate
Excellent organisational and communication skillsSalary paying up to £30,000 based on experience plus excellent benefits
