As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of students with diverse needs, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential in a nurturing environment.

What the role entails:
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to support students' individual learning plans. You'll assist with classroom activities, help manage behaviour, and provide one-on-one support when necessary. Your responsibilities will include preparing learning materials, assisting with communication needs, and encouraging positive social interaction among students. You'll also help students develop essential life skills, while ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day.
