Our client are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee a 2 stage Design & Build project. The project is due to run for the next 4 years.
Candidates need to have the following:
* 10+ years relevant experience preferably with a construction / energy / engineering background. Experience of Design & Build projects is essential.
* Awareness of key aspects of commercial management, including scope, change and forecasting management.
* Working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations the Designer and principal Contractor’s role.
* Knowledge of the industry, environment and context, experience working within a similar regulated utility environment; experience delivering gas projects is desirable
