Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Traffic Marshall to join our team in Launceston, Cornwall. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic at our work site. The ideal candidate will hold an NPORS ticket and have experience in traffic management.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and manage traffic flow on site to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Communicate effectively with drivers and pedestrians to facilitate safe passage.
Set up and dismantle traffic management equipment as needed.
Report any hazards or incidents to the site supervisor.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.Qualifications:

Valid NPORS ticket is required.
Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment.
Flexibility to work weekends if necessary.What We Offer:

Competitive pay rate of £18.00 per hour (Umbrella).
Typical working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:30.
Potential for weekend work (not guaranteed).
