One of the UK's leading independent Property Consultancies is actively recruiting a Quantity Surveying Director to run their Manchester office.

THE COMPANY 

The client is an Employee Owned Trust and one of the most highly respected Consultancies in the UK. They have grown massively over the past 20 years and now have over 7 regional offices across the country. They offer in house Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying working with a range of clients across both Public and Private sectors.

THE POSITION 

Flagship has  been retained to recruit a Director to run their Manchester office. The office is 7 strong in terms of headcount and has live projects across a range of sectors. The Director will be responsible for leading the office so cover everything from business development, profit and loss management, team growth as well as high level project delivery. With the setup of the company being an EOT the Director will also be given the opportunity to progress to an equity role in the future.

THE CANDIDATE 

The successful candidate must: 

Be a full member of the RICS and from a Quantity Surveying background

Have experience working at a minimum of Associate level within a Consultancy environment 

Have experience working on projects within Property / Building 

Have a strong network of local clients and contacts and be confident around business development

Have experience managing teams of people

Have good communication and client facing skills
