Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a window and door manufacturers who are looking to recruit an experienced window and door order processor.

Our client has been successfully manufacturing upvc windows and doors for the trade for over 40 years due to their loyal customer base, and are known for their excellent product quality.

The right candidate will have current or previous experience order processing windows and doors and using software such as, Window Designer, Evolution or similar order processing software.

The role:

* 1st look at surveys, input ready for them to be checked and processed.

* Stock Orders/ checks

* Getting quotes from suppliers for stock & parts for manufacture

* Chasing late/ missing deliveries

* Gathering information for quotes for jobs/ leads

* Assist with Admin duties as required around the contract flow from start to finish

* Training will be given where needed

The candidate:

* Must have experience using either Window Designer, Evolution or other order processing systems

* Has current or recent experience order processing windows and doors is a must

* Be able to read technical drawings

* Have excellent attention to detail

* Able to manage own workload and work towards deadlines

* Good communication and customer service experience

* Must currently reside in the UK
