Labour Hire are looking for an experienced LAND SURVEYOR for a well-established company in SHOTTON, DEESIDE.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 4-6 year project at Shotton Paper Mill.

About You:

* Methodical and diligent in approach to work.

* Ability to work on own initiative, with an aptitude for solving problems.

* Proactive and flexible attitude.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

* Good attendance and timekeeping.

* Previous experience as a land surveyor, especially in large or industrial projects.

* Strong knowledge of survey equipment and related software.

* Familiarity with survey regulations and safety standards.

* Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.

* A degree or certification in land surveying or a similar field.

* Experience with MEP projects is a plus, but not required.

About the Role:

* Monday-Friday - 45 hours per week (potential for weekend work)

* 7am - 5:30pm

* Carry out land surveys for the Shotton Paper Mill project.

* Use tools like GPS and total stations to take precise measurements.

* Keep accurate records of your work and manage the data.

* Make sure everything complies with safety and industry standards.

* Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to deliver the best results.

* Analyse maps, plans, and survey data to help guide the project.

* Perform tasks like boundary and topographic surveys, as well as construction stakeouts.
