Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced 360 Engineering Recruiter to join our client’s expanding team in Rugeley, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled recruiter with a background in engineering who is looking for a role with flexible working arrangements and the chance to work on both permanent and temporary placements.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placing candidates in engineering roles

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs

* Handle both temporary and permanent recruitment projects

* Ensure a high standard of candidate care and client satisfaction

Requirements:

* Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally within the engineering sector

* Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Results-driven with a passion for matching the right candidates to the right roles
