My client is a industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a commercial roofing contract based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Managing sub contractors

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Asbestos Awareness (benefical)

• Experienced managing flat roofing contracts on commercial projects.

• 6+ years management experience
