As an AV Onsite Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering and supporting a wide range of AV installations. Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV-related issues on-site and remotely.
Prioritize and handle support requests efficiently.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional support.

Proven experience in fault finding and resolving AV issues.
Strong knowledge of audio, videoconferencing, and control systems.
Proficiency in IT networking and AV systems integration.

Technical expertise in sound engineering and signal flow.
Relevant industry accreditation's and familiarity with leading platforms.
Familiarity with videoconferencing platforms and hardware.
Health and safety accreditation.
