Confident communication skills are essential in order to work collaboratively with numerous colleagues around the business. Good attention to detail, and the ability to plan in order to meet set deadlines.

A distinct advantage is given to those who have had previous exposure to working within a professional services setting and who have skills in administration, reception or secretarial support.

Daily tasks could include the following;

To be the first point of contact for clients who are requesting information
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Effectively manage the production of various documentation
Provide administration support to key heads within the businessThis is a newly created position due to growth and is available immediately.
