Sales Executive opportunity working for a great employer in Harrogate.
Role Details:
* £27K - £30K basic - £5K bonus/year, paid quarterly.
* Full time, permanent, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm – 1 hour lunch.
* 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.

Job Role:
The main purpose of the Sales Executive is to make outbound calls from existing data to schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team with decision-makers in target companies.
Key duties include:
* Maintain a clean, well-organised pipeline using the CRM system, (Pipedrive) to track all interactions with prospects, ensuring that the sales pipeline is kept up to date.
* Conduct regular data cleansing activities to maintain an accurate, high-quality database of potential customers.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure that qualified leads are handed over with all relevant information to allow for a smooth transition.
* Qualify leads to ensure they align with the target market.
* Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve the lead generation process and overall effectiveness of the sales team.
* To be fully conversant with all products supplied by the company.
* Develop new marketing and promotion initiatives and implement agreed initiatives.
* To complete all routine reports and tasks in line with agreed timescales and standards.
* To identify innovative ideas and to recommend ways of implementing them to Management.
* To attend agreed training courses, both in-house and external.
* Work to agreed appointment conversion and business performance targets.
Sales Executive Specification:
The ideal Sales Executive:
* MUST have recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
* MUST have experience of outbound calling.
* MUST have experience of meeting established KPIs.
* Have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Be honest, self-motivated, reliable and tenacious.
* Be well organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Be able to communicate and articulate well both verbal and written.
* Be flexible, adaptable and professional in their approach to work.
