Manage all Mechanical aspects of projects from concept to completion, providing technical expertise and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Champion safety excellence throughout the project lifecycle, developing and implementing health and safety policies.
Develop and review detailed Mechanical designs, ensuring integration with other systems.
Monitor project budgets and programmes, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Review Mechanical designs for compliance with codes, standards, and regulations, ensuring quality deliverables.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies.
Understand project requirements, present technical solutions, and manage client expectations.
Work with other engineering disciplines, mentor junior engineers, and foster a collaborative environment.Qualifications/Requirements:

IOSH / SMSTS
CSCSPreferable but not essential:

ONC/HNC/ NVQ L3/L4 Building Services.
Project Management or Engineering DegreeExperience:

10+ years of experience in Mechanical services engineering.
Strong understanding of codes, standards, and regulations. HTM knowledge would be beneficial.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
