The Ward Manager will:
Provide leadership and mentorship to the General Surgery Ward team.
Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical competence.
Manage daily operations and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
Promote development initiatives and implement evidence-based practices.

A Registered Nurse qualification.
