Insurance Account Handler/ Insurance Advisor - South East/Kent area

I have an amazing opportunity for an Insurance Account Handler, to join an insurance organisation based in the South East/Kent area.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in either insurance underwriting or broking to build on their insurance knowledge. You will handle all client services such as working on any changes as well as renewals and any policy management.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, including effective communication with clients and insurers, including clear explanation of complex insurance terms and conditions.
• An understanding of the UK insurance market, including trends, risks and regulatory changes.
• The ability to understand diverse client needs, including specific industry risks and business objectives.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent timekeeping and presentation of self & work.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

This is a hybrid working role and you should be able to work in the office 2-3 days per week
