About the Role
We are seeking skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team working on social housing projects in Stoke-On-Trent and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks. Your skillset should include:

* Carpentry: Door hanging, skirting boards, and general woodwork repairs.

* Plumbing: Fixing leaks, installing appliances, and other basic plumbing tasks.

* Electrical Knowledge: Minor electrical repairs and installing, such as replacing light fittings or fault finding (no formal qualification required, but knowledge is essential).

* Plastering/Painting: Patch repairs, full wall plastering, and internal/external painting

* Tiling: Wall and floor tiling for kitchens and bathrooms.

* General Repairs: Addressing a variety of reactive maintenance tasks and groundworks as needed.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a similar multi-trade role.

* A flexible and adaptable approach to work.

* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

* Full UK driving license preferred (company vehicle may be provided for work purposes).
