MLK Education Search are seeking to appoint an experienced Construction Teacher to join an alternative provision in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruction and Teaching:

Curriculum Development:

Student Assessment:

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, and incorporate relevant advancements into teaching practices.
Resource Management:

Manage classroom resources and materials efficiently, ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available and maintained.
Professional Development:

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about educational best practices.
Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and industry professionals to enhance the educational experience for students.
Student Support:

Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them set and achieve their educational and professional goals.
Compliance:

Ensure compliance with school policies, educational standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

A relevant degree and experience in teaching Construction.
