We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join our team at a prestigious main dealer of new and used vehicles in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a successful sales team.

Key Responsibilities

•    Processing vehicle orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
•    Liaising with sales teams, manufacturers, and finance companies to ensure smooth transactions
•    Handling vehicle registrations, invoicing, and stock control
•    Coordinating vehicle movements and ensuring timely delivery to customers
•    Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulation
•    Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance efficiency

About You

•    Previous experience in sales administration, preferably within the automotive industry
•    Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (experience with Kerridge/CDK is a plus)
•    Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
