About the Role:
As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will:
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and team members via phone and email.
* Log and prioritize maintenance requests and allocate tasks to the engineering team.
* Monitor and manage the helpdesk system to ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Produce reports and maintain accurate records of work orders and service requests.
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and escalate issues as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a helpdesk, administrative, or customer service role, ideally within facilities management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
