Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare a diverse, high-quality menu that delights our customers.
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including staff management, food prep, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage budgets and monitor costs to achieve financial targets.
Train, motivate, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver excellence.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work space.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Salary of £40k
Work life balance! Monday - Friday, 6am - 2.30pm and bank holidays off! (As the site operates @ nights and weekends, there may be the occasional business need to work these)
