As they continue to make waves in their industry, they are on the lookout for a Social Media Specialist to lead the charge on hard hitting content across all channels.
  
What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Transform existing content into captivating reels and short-form videos that resonate with their audience.
Forge and manage relationships with influencers to boost the brand’s presence through collaborations and competitions.
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the social media channels and website are always fresh and on brand.
Plan and execute social media campaigns from concept to completion, including seasonal product promotions, launches and special events.
Monitor social media metrics and performance to optimize future content and strategy   
What We're Looking For:

A social media guru with a passion for driving brand engagement and building vibrant online communities.
This role is based at their Poole, Dorset headquarters and offers a hybrid work environment after the probationary period.
A self-starter with a creative vision, always ahead of the curve when it comes to new trends and technologies.
Proven experience in social media management, from content creation to audience interaction.
