Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team to work closely with site management.

Roles and Responsibilities

Attend pre-start meetings with the operations director when needed

Organise and arrange labour to meet site programmes

Order the relevant materials for each plot once products have been ordered

Toolbox talks to be carried out every month 

Communicate with the commercial team to report any dayworks or if site variations are required

Attend customer care inspections and report back to customer care department 

Ensure quality / plot sign offs are obtained from sites and sent to the accounts team

22 days holiday and bank holidays

Salary will rise to £40,000 if 3 month probationary period is passed
