Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Pensions Administrator. This is a contract role working full time hours.

The job:

Record keeping, data collation and migration relating to pensions and various financial records
Acting as a first point of contact for the service, dealing with routine correspondence, answering telephone and managing inboxes
Processing clerical information, changes of address, bank details, tax codes, changes of circumstances etc.
Determine eligibility, calculate and process refunds and contributions, process contracts, updating details as necessary.The candidate:

Experience working in a financial or customer focused environment
Understanding of the Local Government Pension Scheme, HMRC.
Strong numeracy and data skills.How to apply:
