Precedo Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to work in the community across the Doncaster area as part of the Home Emergency Alarm Response Team.

This role is joining the Home Alarm service based in Doncaster, which allows clients to remain living independently in their own home by providing telecare equipment to enable them to summon help in the event of a fall or emergency. You will be required to respond to these call outs and assist where required. You will need:

* Full UK driving license

* Previous experience within care/ support

* Up to date moving and handling training

This role is working on a rota basis with an average of 26.25 hours per week currently 3 on 3 off, covering day shifts from 6am to 2pm and late shift 2pm to 10pm both with a 30 minute unpaid break.

There will be an initail period of training, you will then work alone responding to alarm activations using appropriate equipment to facilitate safe manual handling of people in their own homes.

This is long term roll, on a rolling rota, for an initail period of 3-6 months.
