Job Title: Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: Bristol Area
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-Call: 1 in 7 call-out (Standby payment: £50 per week)

We are working with a reputable medium-sized facilities maintenance company seeking an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial and public buildings in the Bristol area, ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs, including electrical and mechanical systems.

*

Work across commercial and public buildings, maintaining high standards of service.

*

Diagnose faults and perform repairs to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems.

*

Respond promptly to emergency call-outs, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Key Requirements:

*

Electrically or mechanically qualified (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).

*

Proven experience in building services maintenance.

*

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

*

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

*

Full driving licence (van and fuel card provided).
