The role is as follows:

· Carrying out asbestos management/refurbishment/demolition surveys to domestic and commercial properties across the south.

· Most work is direct to the customer, so a good, well-spoken, personable manner is necessary.

· Required to have good knowledge of asbestos materials and guidance

· Using TEAMS and Floor Plan Creator to produce report data for our report writer

· Survey hours are generally 8am - 4pm. Can involve 2-4 hours driving.

· Vehicle provided is a Toyota Corolla hybrid estate converted to a commercial vehicle with fuel card

· Salary is £30k - £36k basic + 5% of turnover as monthly bonus. Total annual earnings are projected to be £42-48K (the basic depends on experience)

· Holidays are 20 + 8 bank holidays. 1 additional holiday will be accrued each year up to 10.

They will need the P402 or RSPH equivalent in asbestos surveying and a minimum of two years experience.

The work is London and surrounding areas as far down as Surry or East Sussex
