Your new company and role

Hays' client is looking for an experienced service desk analyst to assist them on an initial 3-month contract. This role will be office-based and 37 hours per week (either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm).

This role will consist of the following:

Answering 1st line technical emergency telephone calls
Logging on ServiceNow ITSM system appropriately
Administration duties including Active Directory, Azure, 365, MFA resets, clinical password resets and unlocks.
Technical support for issues with Hardware and Software packages.
Remote support via SCCM tool
What you'll need to succeed

You must have at least two years' experience in a busy service desk environment providing technical customer support to various levels of users.
You will have good customer service skills and work ethics; have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
You will have a minimum of HNC/HND in a computer-related subject.
You will be required to cover procurement duties when necessary.
