A well-established consultancy firm based near Moorgate station require an Admin assistant to come on board to support their social and friendly operation team on an ongoing temp basis.

The role:

Assisting with inbox enquiries
Must be happy to be on the phone
Speaking to clients re subscriptions -renewals
Chasing clients for updates on payment
Answering and transferring calls
Dealing with enquiries via phone and e-mail
Sending out correspondence in a timely manager
Maintaining company records and ensure kept up to dateThe ideal candidate:

Some office experience desirable but not essential
Happy to be on the phone speaking to clients
High level of customer service
Can do attitude
Confident speaking on the phone and face to face
