Property Manager - Belsize Park

Basic Salary £30,000 - £38,000

Driver required – Pool car available

Are you a motivated individual looking for a position within Property Management? Experience is essential, looking after a portfolio of around 200 properties, energy is key for this role. You will join their friendly Property Management team and become part of their vibrant business. As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

* Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations

* Managing existing tenancies and negotiating with contractors

* Tenancy renewals and amendments

* Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation

* Working with a team to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered

* Arranging reactive and planned maintenance

* Carry out property inspections

Requirements for the role include:

* Working as part of a team

* To always provide an excellent customer service experience

* To build and maintain strong client relationships with all clients and staff

* Computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software
