Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team in Gravesend on a temporary basis. If you have a knack for resolving payment issues and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting customers to chase for payment
Resolving payment discrepancies and ensuring timely receipt
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with drivers
Escalating unresolved issues to the Management team for further action

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Credit Control role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
