Office Administrator – Tier 1 Construction Company (Central Bristol)

Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for a new opportunity within a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading Tier 1 construction company, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Administrator to join their team in Central Bristol. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to transition from a temporary to permanent role with one of the industry's top players.

Role Details:

* Location: Central Bristol

* Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

* Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, starting at 08:00 am)

* Pay Rate: £13 - £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)

* Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing comprehensive office administration support to the team

* Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies

* Assisting with costings and ensuring accuracy in financial records and documents

* Supporting the team with commercial activities and tasks as needed

* Maintaining a well-organised and efficient office environment

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in an office administration role, ideally within the; Civil Engineering, Rail, or Construction industries

* Experience in costings or a commercial environment is highly desirable

* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
