Account Executive / Junior Project Manager

Location: Northampton/Remote

Our client is seeking an Account Executive/ Junior Project Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role combines client services and project management, overseeing projects from briefing to delivery. You’ll coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

This role offers a great opportunity to develop skills in client services and project management while working on diverse global projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met.
• Develop project schedules, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring all deliverables meet client standards.
• Interpret client briefs into clear instructions for creative teams.

Essential Skills/Knowledge:
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Experience in marketing or project management (preferred but not required).
