Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for a range of projects
Support procurement processes and secure competitive tender pricing
Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout project lifecycles
Work closely with clients and Senior members of staff to deliver cost-effective solutions
Monitor project expenditures and oversee final account agreements Ideal Candidate Profile:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience within a similar position
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in cost management software such as Excel and Cost-X What’s on Offer:
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Annual performance-related bonus
