The Managing Health and Safety Consultant will be responsible for:

Successfully managing clients and projects across a variety of sectors, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Providing broad technical and strategic health and safety (H&S) services, including risk management systems and both strategic and operational H&S services.
Offering H&S advice and support across various client business sectors.
Leading and supporting business development initiatives, including creating service line strategies and client care programs.
Overseeing the planning and management of projects, teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Managing and mentoring H&S consultant teams, fostering professional growth, and ensuring high performance.
The Managing Health and Safety Consultant will have:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the H&S industry, with significant experience in consulting and managing diverse projects.
An appropriate degree (or equivalent) in H&S management or a related field.
IOSH Chartership or another senior accreditation with a recognised H&S professional institution.
Demonstrable experience in delivering technical and strategic H&S services, managing risk management systems, and providing advisory support.
Proven track record in business development, including wiritng proposals, service line strategies and client care initiatives.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing consultant teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to author high-quality proposals and deliver client presentations.
