Salary - £50-£60k (DOE) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus Scheme + Benefits

Working Hours - Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week

Retrofit Site Manager - TXM Recruit is currently looking for a Retrofit Site Manager to join a Property Services company, working on their social housing contracts covering the Runnymede patch.

This retrofit Site Manager will be managing the delivery of various retrofit works such as wall and loft insulation, window and door replacements, ventilation, draughtproofing, low/no carbon heating, lighting, and energy installations. As well as this, the Site Manager will oversee compliance, employees, subcontractors, project programmes, reports and more.

This role offers a salary of £50-£60k, along with car allowance, fuel card, pension, annual bonus, 21 days holiday + BH’s .

To be successful for this Site Manager role you will need – CSCS managers card, SMSTS, and relevant experience carrying out retrofit works.
