Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week Days

We are looking for a Skilled Production Technician to join our manufacturing/ production client, based in Much Wenlock. This role offers a variety of work tasks with the opportunity for progression within this family run business. This is a straight permanent position with nice day working hours, potential overtime available if wanted.

The Skilled Production Technician will be responsible for:

* Controlling all stock levels including raw materials and finished goods

* Completing quality checks on deliveries

* Follow procedures to ensure production meets quality targets

* Working to production schedule

* Assess maintenance requirements on machinery

* Carry out basic maintenance on machinery

* Maintain high levels of cleanliness and tidiness

* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations

* Driving FLT and/or Telehandler

Skills and Experience required:

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

* Computer literate

* Ideally hold FLT CB or Telehandler licence

* Manual handling

* Ideally have a basic understanding of machine maintenance

* This role would suit a candidate with previous experience as a Production Operative / Machine Operative / Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver / Production Technician / Process Technician / Manufacturing Technician
