Key Responsibilities

* Develop and review engineering designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD and CADWORKS.

* Lead the design, testing, and qualification of new products and equipment.

* Collaborate with clients on specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Oversee prototype design, assembly, and testing in the workshop.

* Manage project documentation, design approvals, and reporting.

Requirements

* Degree in Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

* 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.

* Strong understanding of API manufacturing standards and packer design.

* Proficient in AutoCAD and CADWORKS.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
