With the company’s growing success in the nuclear industry, they are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to work closely with one of their key clients in Manchester. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of infrastructure projects, while building your career with a top-tier consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing tender and contract documents
* Undertaking cost analysis and feasibility studies
* Managing risk, value, and cost control for major projects
* Advising on procurement strategy and contract suitability
* Analysing tender returns and providing detailed progress reports
* Advising clients on contractual claims and payment recommendations
Essentials:
* Flexible and open to site twice a week
* Minimum 2 years’ experience with a Consultancy, Client, or Contractor
* Currently working towards MRICS or other relevant professional qualifications
* Client-facing and confident in delivering exceptional service
* Extensive experience in NEC3 an NEC4 contract administration
