Renowned for their delicious home-cooked meals and warm hospitality, our client is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join their dynamic kitchen team.

Role Overview:

As a Kitchen Porter for our client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. You’ll assist with basic food preparation, manage order receipts, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area. This role is ideal for someone proactive, capable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with basic food preparation under the guidance of the Chef.

* Handle order receipts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in food preparation.

* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.

* Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and adhering to food safety standards at all times.

* Support stock rotation and inventory management as required.

* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
