Job title: Fit-Out Manager

Remuneration: £60K- £70k or £250 – £300 per day

Location: Raynes Park

O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Fit-Out Manager on a commercial project in central London. Our client is a reputable construction outfit who have moved into main contracting over the last couple of years who are looking to bring on-board an experienced fit-out manager with experience on office projects.

As a Fit-out Manager you will Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifeline. Handover of the facility to the end client after project completion.

The successful Fit-Out Manager must have:

* CSCS and relevant tickets

* Previous experience in Finishing Foreman roles within the commercial market (ideally some office experience)

* Able to reliably commute to the Raynes Park area

* Steady work history and long stints in each job
