They have services including paid media, social media, digital PR, SEO & strategy.
The role is ideal for a candidate who specialises and has a real passion in paid social. You will need to support junior members of the team with training across paid social.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing clients, utilising all or some mediums of paid social (including Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat), and running a mixture of lead generation and eCommerce clients.
This is a hands-on role, being hands-on in the accounts to ensure best practices are being implemented and delivered, as well as building and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
* Build and maintain good client relationships.
* Drive results through paid social media campaigns.
* Responsible for the planning strategy and the full circle of campaign management.
* Keeping up to date with industry trends.
* Collaboration with directors, heads of departments and strategists.
* Manage day-to-day paid social activity to hit business KPIs in both ecommerce and lead generation.
* Assist in new business pitches and proposals.
* Reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
* Collaborate with the Design team to drive the creative development and optimisation of Paid Social.
* Regularly audit accounts to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
