Tempeo are recruiting for an Asbestos Removals client in a period of significant growth who, as a result, are increasing their team size nationwide with permanent vacancies for Asbestos Surveyor / Consultants.

Your Role:

* Conduct asbestos surveys, re-inspections, and sampling across a range of domestic stock including houses, flats, communal blocks, and blocks of garages.

* Accurately record data to assess the presence and condition of asbestos-containing materials.

* Complete lab paperwork accurately, including the timely posting of Bulk Samples.

* Quality review the survey reports generated via the site survey work.

* Liaise with Resident Liaison Officers and the Asbestos Manager at the Housing Association.

* Report incidents of damaged asbestos requiring remedial action to the Housing Association.

* Provide general asbestos consultancy advice to the Housing Association.

The Ideal Candidate:

* At least 12 months of experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

* P402 certification is essential; additional asbestos modules are an advantage

* Strong understanding of asbestos-related regulations, guidelines, and best practices

* Flexibility to travel to client premises as required within your territory

* Clean UK driving license
