Location: Suffolk, IP23 7PX
Salary: £25 per hour
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
Assignment Duration: 1 December 2024 – 28 February 2025

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician for a temporary position based at a site in Eye, Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical tasks, ensuring safety, compliance, and the smooth operation of building services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, including inspections and fault-finding.

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements.

* Collaborate with other trades to support multidisciplinary site requirements.

* Accurately document and report completed work and any identified issues.

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.

* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.

* Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and compliance.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
