A Construction Manager is required by a fast-growing structural steel contractor to oversee multiple construction projects across five different sites in Newport.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £70,000 per annum + car allowance
Parking: Available on-site

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations on multiple construction sites.
Provide leadership and supervision to site teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Address and resolve any on-site issues and delays promptly.
Monitor project progress and update senior management regularly.
Assist in resource planning and allocation across multiple sites.Qualifications:

SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme) certification
First Aid certification
