TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint a Stock Condition Surveyor on a 3-month contract based in Cardiff.

Role:

* Conducting stock condition surveys and RdSAP on over 450 social housing properties.

* Performing health and safety surveys in line with HHSRS

* Using tablets to record the condition of social housing properties, remaining lifespan of components such as kitchens and bathrooms will be recorded along with the condition of the properties' exterior.

* Large Property lists provided, with ID Badges and Letter of Authority.

* Full Training Provided

* Outside IR35 role

* Paid Per Survey

* Full Time – a minimum of 4 days work required.

* Equipment and software proficiency - ability to use specialised tools and software for data collection
