The role will include but isn't limited to the following...

* Working on the production line, ensuring the product is being manufactured to company standard.

* Forward thinking to ensure supplies do not run out causing a stop to production.

* Quality Checking of the product and processes

* Working as part of a well oiled team and leading by example where applicable

* Keeping the production area clean, tidy & sterile.

* Loading/unloaded supplies & the finish product.

* General production duties.

The ideal candidate will have but isn't limited to the following...

* Must have previous Manufacturing experience.

* Be forward thinking & able to think three steps ahead of current task.

* Must be a team player

* Must be able to stand/work on their feet for the whole day.

* Must drive & have your own transport due to the remote location of the production site.

* Experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with industry regulations

* Previous machine operative experience would be advantageous.

* Basic Computer knowledge to document processes

* Must be okay working in a strict sterile environment & adhere to the strict rules of the site. (No makeup, no false nails/nail polish, no false eyelashes, no jewellery, no perfume, hair must be tied back/neat & tidy. Must wear hair/beard net, Must adhere to rigorous hand washing & wear lap coat & steel toe capped safety boots.)

Hours, days & pay...

* Rotating shift patterns -

* 6am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work, 3 to 4-hour shift on a Sunday, may be required

* £26,250 per annum.
