A dynamic company specializing in 3D Printing is seeking an experienced Office Manager/ Operations Administrator to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

* Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, bookings, and correspondence.

* Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.

* Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.

* Assist with HR activities, report preparation, and inventory management.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in office management or administration.
