Vacancy - Recruitment Consultant (Fully Remote)

Location - Fully Remote (UK-Based- ideally in the South East)

Core working hours – Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Salary up to circa £32,000 per annum + Excellent Uncapped Commission Structure (OTE £45,000 - £70,000 1st year earnings)

We specialise in recruiting permanent placements with clients in the construction supplies industries, including electrical wholesalers, plumbers merchants and bathroom showrooms.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our small team and contribute to continuing the drive in our growth.

As a Recruitment Consultant with Rhodium Consulting, you will be at the forefront of our client and candidate interactions, responsible for developing and nurturing relationships, expanding our client base, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a flexible, fully remote working environment.

You will be joining a small friendly team of experienced recruiters along with a resourcer who will help you get settled in.

You will be given some of our current clients to look after as well as a vacancy or two to get you started.

You will be responsible for all the usual elements of working as a 360 recruitment consultant including

* Client development

* Candidate management

* Relationship building

* CRM record keeping

In addition, as a specialist recruiter you will also have the desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and recruitment best practices to provide informed and valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements

Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in building client relationships and placing candidates.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating a high level of initiative, time management, and organisational skills to drive results and achieve personal and company goals.

Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
