Our well established client based in Shrewsbury are looking to recruit an experienced Domestic Site Surveyor/Project Manager due to increasing growth of the business.

Salary between £35k - £40k depending on experience

Working hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, flexibility may be offered for the right candidate

As a Domestic Surveyor you will visit sites, mainly domestic premises but also small building development projects.

Responsibilities:-

* Visiting sites

* Working closely with customers. Measure and send quotations to client

* Planning projects. Procuring and co-ordinating materials and labour.

* Dealing with issues on site

* Building relations with customers to encourage repeat business.

Skills and Requirements:-

* Construction site experience essential, ideally in carpentry or roofing.

* SMSTS/SSSTS qualification advantageous.

* CSCS Card.

* Full driving licence.

* Computer literate with use of Microsoft programmes inc. Excel and Word

* Good communication skills both written and oral.
